Starbucks Pumpkin Bread Recipe
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground clove
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅓ cup of pumpkin seeds
- Preheat oven to 350 - in a bowl - mix all the dry ingredients well together ( this is including spices except the pumpkin seeds)
- In another bowl - beat together the eggs, oil, vanilla, and pumpkin puree
- Slowly mix and add the dry ingredients to the wet
- Once everything is mixed well - place batter in a greased loaf pan
- Top with pumpkin seeds
- Bake for at least 1 hour - mine took 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Cool then cut bread
