Herb-Roasted Potatoes Recipe
- 1.5 Pounds of Small Red Potatoes
- ⅓ Cup of Oil
- ½ Tsp of Salt
- ¼ Tsp of Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
- ¼ Tsp of Pepper
- 2 Cloves of Garlic - minced
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a casserole dish - 9x13 place oil and garlic
- Take each potato and cut in half - place in the oil
- Move the potatoes through the oil and place the white ( meat) part of the potato on the bottom
- Season the potatoes with all the ingredients left
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Flip potatoes and cook for 15 more minutes
- By having them cook down first the oil is soaked up and cooks the potato within - no need to parboil
