Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe
- 4 oz of sour cream
- 9 oz of frozen spinach - thawed and drained of excess water
- 1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts ( I used canned)
- ½ tsp of pepper
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp of salt
- Zest from ½ lemon
- ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- Chips for dipping
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl - except chips
- We then place the dip in a casserole dish and placed in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes to heat
- Enjoy with chips
