Baked Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 - while the oven is heating
  2. In a sauce pan - over medium heat - mix - cornstarch, water, soy, sugar, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and ginger
  3. Brush a small amount of the sauce onto the chicken in a casserole dish
  4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes - till the chicken is cooked
  5. Brush on more sauce
  6. Enjoy
