Grilled Salmon with Tomatoes & Basil Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Pound of Salmon - Sectioned
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • ¼ cup of basil - chopped
  • 1 pint of small tomatoes - diced
Instructions
  1. Use Kingsford Charcoal in your grill
  2. Place salmon onto a skillet on the grill - add a little oil so the fish will stick
  3. Cook for about 6 -8 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes - cover the grill cook for another 5 minutes - season the fish with salt and pepper
  5. Add basil and cook the fish for 5 more minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!
