Grilled Salmon with Tomatoes & Basil Recipe
- 1 Pound of Salmon - Sectioned
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- ¼ cup of basil - chopped
- 1 pint of small tomatoes - diced
- Use Kingsford Charcoal in your grill
- Place salmon onto a skillet on the grill - add a little oil so the fish will stick
- Cook for about 6 -8 minutes
- Add tomatoes - cover the grill cook for another 5 minutes - season the fish with salt and pepper
- Add basil and cook the fish for 5 more minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
