Blueberry Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • ½ Cup of Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • Juice of One Lime
  • 2 Teaspoons of Baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of White Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • Powdered Sugar for topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 - and grease cake pan
  2. Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl - add sugars
  3. Add in all the other ingredients EXCEPT the powdered sugar and blueberries
  4. Once the batter is well mixed - add in blueberries ( try not to break them)
  5. Bake for 50 minutes
  6. Allow cake to cool and take the cake out of the pan
  7. Dust with powdered sugar
  8. Enjoy!
