Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • Bread
  • ½ Cup of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Pumpkin
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Cup of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Red and Green Morsels
  • ½ Cup of Walnuts - chopped
  • Icing
  • ½ Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan
  2. In a large mixing bowl - mix together butter, sugar, eggs and pumpkin.
  3. Once the mixture is well mixed add in - flour, baking soda, cinnamon,and pumpkin pie spice - mix well
  4. Mix in the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Red and Green Morsels and Walnuts
  5. Spread into pan and bake for 55 minutes
  6. Let sit for 3 hours
  7. After 3 hours make the icing - simply whip the sugar and NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk together with a whisk
  8. Pour on the loaf
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
