In a stand mixer - cream the butter and sugar together - 3 minutes on medium
Add in eggs, vanilla mix well
In a bowl mix together - flour, salt, and baking powder
Add into the creamed butter - flour mixture and Kroger Milk
Once the batter is mixed well - separate the batter into 4 bowls and add in the food coloring of your choice.
In a greased 9x13 pan - add spoonfuls of the colors ( ½ your batter) - make sure none of the same color are touching. Using a knife - drag the knife around the cake to make a tie dye pattern
Add another layer doing the same thing
Bake for 40 minutes
Allow to cool - poke about 20 holes in the cake and pour the condensed milk
Topping -
In a stand mixer on medium - whip the heavy whipping cream for 5 minutes - add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla if you want a flavor.
Frost the cooled cake - top with fresh fruit.
