Cheesy Egg and Sausage Breakfast Bake
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Bell Peppers - Diced
- salt and pepper
- 4 Cups of Frozen Hashbrowns
- 1 Package of Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan
- In a skillet over medium heat add the Johnsonville sausage. Cook for about 5 minutes
- In a bowl whisk the eggs add in the bell peppers and salt and pepper ( 1 teaspoon of each)
- Fold in the hashbrowns and Johnsonville sausage
- Add in 1 Cup of Cheddar cheese
- Pour mixture into the pan - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top
- Bake uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes
- Enjoy
