1 pkg (8 oz each) ⅓ less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
¾ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar ( I used Splenda but you can use regular brown sugar)
1 tablespoon reduced fat (2%) milk
1 Cup of Granola
2 large apples, unpeeled, chopped
Whipped Cream
Caramel Topping ( optional)
Instructions
In a medium size bowl mix cream cheese, milk; brown sugar together till smooth.
In 4 separate glasses place ½ of the granola equally. Top with half the cream cheese mixture. Top with half the apples. Top with half the whipped cream.
Repeat. Drizzle caramel on top.
