Vegetables With Cream Cheese Sauce

- 16 ounce package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½cup parmesan cheese
- Heat the vegetables up ( do not fully cook them)
- Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour - mix until it is smooth.
- Add milk, seasoning, cream cheese and stir until thick.
- Pour sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. For the last 5 minutes I turned on the broiler to brown the cheese.
