Easy To Make. Gluten - Free, Dairy - Free
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1¼ teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1¼ teaspoons ground cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon dry minced onion
  • Small onion, diced
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes - 28 ounces
  • 15 oz of tomato sauce
  • 2 cans of kidney beans
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onions for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add beef and cook till no longer brown.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a small bowl place all the dry seasoning together
  4. Mix - Place 3 tablespoons of seasoning mix into the meat stir together.
  5. In a crock pot set to low, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, one can of beans; 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix.
  6. In a blender puree a can of beans, then place the puree into the crock pot.
  7. Mix meat into the crock pot
  8. Let sit for 6 -8 hours
  9. Enjoy!
