Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 2½ cups cooked Jasmine white rice
- 2 medium green bell peppers
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- 4 heaping tablespoons honey
- Cook ground beef in a pan with onions. Drain fat. Add rice and mix
- Cut peppers into half and remove caps and seeds.
- Add sauce and honey to rice mix
- Add beef and rice mixture to green bell pepper halves.
- Enjoy!
