Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon mustard - not yellow you can use Dijon if you like
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ( I personally like the vinegar)
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ Tablespoon - 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Instructions
  1. Mix well together and use :)
  2. Perfect on a salad also can be a perfect marinade for chicken
