Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Gluten - Free
  • 2 Pounds of Potatoes - I love Yukon Gold
  • Fresh Rosemary- finely chopped
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan cheese ( optional )
  1. So simple. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them into boiling water. Just for a couple of minutes.
  3. Place potatoes onto a cookie sheet and drizzle oil on them.
  4. I sprinkles a even amount of pepper, salt, rosemary and cheese.
  5. Bake till golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
