- 2 Pounds of Potatoes - I love Yukon Gold
- Fresh Rosemary- finely chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan cheese ( optional )
- So simple. Preheat your oven to 350
- Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them into boiling water. Just for a couple of minutes.
- Place potatoes onto a cookie sheet and drizzle oil on them.
- I sprinkles a even amount of pepper, salt, rosemary and cheese.
- Bake till golden brown
- Enjoy!
