Cheesecake Pie
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 - 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
- ¼ Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
- 4 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- 9" Wholly Wholesome Chocolate Pie Crust ( or another brand)
- Preheat over to 350
- Beat sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and grated lemon zest in a small bowl. Then add cream cheese - blend until well whipped.
- Spread into crust and cook for 40 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Good for 2 days in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
