Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 - 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
  • 4 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • 9" Wholly Wholesome Chocolate Pie Crust ( or another brand)
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. Beat sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and grated lemon zest in a small bowl. Then add cream cheese - blend until well whipped.
  3. Spread into crust and cook for 40 minutes.
  4. Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes.
  5. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
  6. Good for 2 days in the fridge.
  7. Enjoy!
