Roasted Aspargus Recipe
- 2 pounds of asparagus trimmed
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven - 400
- In a baking dish mix asparagus, oil, salt and pepper till everything is coated.
- Bake for 20 minutes - drizzle vinegar before serving
- Enjoy!
