Roasted Aspargus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of asparagus trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven - 400
  2. In a baking dish mix asparagus, oil, salt and pepper till everything is coated.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes - drizzle vinegar before serving
  4. Enjoy!
