Chocolate Covered Bananas
  • 2 ripe bananas cut into bite size pieces
  • shredded coconut
  • chocolate chips - dark chocolate is the best
  1. On a cookie sheet place parchment paper.
  2. Place banana pieces on the sheet and stick it in the freezer for 1 -2 hours.
  3. Place a toothpick into each one.
  4. Melt chocolate in the microwave -- I used about 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  5. Dip each piece into the chocolate until it is completely cover.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut and place back onto the parchment paper. Freeze for 2 more hours
  7. Enjoy!
