Spinach Lasagna Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • Pizza Crust - Any type will do
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Teaspoon of Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon of Onion Flakes
  • 1 egg
  • Pizza Sauce
  • ½ Cup of Ricotta Cheese
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Defrosted Spinach - After all excess liquid has been squeezed out
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to whatever it says on your pizza crust instructions
  2. Spoon and spread pizza sauce on crust - then thin layer of mozzarella cheese
  3. In a medium size bowl mix all the other ingredients together ( except mozzarella cheese )
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture onto the pizza
  5. Then sprinkle a mozzarella cheese on top of that
  6. Bake and enjoy :)
