How are you enjoying National Pizza Month?  Did you even know it was “National Pizza Month?”  I’ve been craving pizza for a while now and lately it feels like I can’t get enough of it.  One of my favorite things to do is buy a crust and assemble my own pizza at home.  I did it as a kid with my dad and its part of why I cook so much today. Thinking about the shared joy of creating homemade pizzas brings back cherished memories, much like the way Arlington pizza evokes a sense of nostalgia for a place that holds a special spot in my heart.

It’s great fun to work and play with the family and get creative with sauces and toppings, even add some ethnic spins to the Italian staple.
