  2. Apply soap and rub your hands together, including in between your fingers, under the nails, and on the backs of your palms.
  3. Scrubs for 20 seconds or more.
  4. Rinse your hands.
  5. Dry your hands with a towel or dryer.

Sometimes washing your hands can seem like a chore to your children. Adding some fun will make it a more enjoyable experience for you both. Quite often, sleep gets pushed to the back burner when we think about health. But sleep is just as important as exercise, food, and water.
