RECALL – 61 Dog and Cat Supplements over vitamin A toxicity

Stratford Care USA is recalling multiple brands of Omega-3 Supplements for cats and dogs because of potentially high levels of vitamin A in the product.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Stratford Care USA is issuing the recall after receiving one report from a consumer regarding a dog exhibiting signs of vitamin A toxicity after consuming the supplement. The white plastic container has 60 soft gels. The marking on the bottom of the container reads “lot 31133 EXP 04/13/23″ and “lot 30837 EXP 10/26/22.” The product has been labeled under various brand names.
