PRIZES INCLUDE:

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded. Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one 65” OLED 4K Smart
TV. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.

SWEEPSTAKES WEEKLY PRIZES (40): There are ten (10) weekly prizes per Entry Period for a total of forty (40) prizes (“Weekly Prizes”), and together with the Grand Prize, (“Prizes”) available to be awarded. Each Weekly Prize winner (“Weekly Winner”, and together with the Grand Prize Winner, “Winners”), will receive one (1) Weekly Prize based on the Weekly Prize
associated with their Entry Period.
• Entry Period 1 Grilling Tool Kit: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) set of grilling tools. The ARV of each Prize is $100. The ARV of all Entry Period 1 Grilling Took Kits is $1,000.
• Entry Period 2 Tailgate Game: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) Tailgate Game. The ARV of each Prize is $100. The ARV of all Entry Period 2 Tailgate Games is $1,000.
• Entry Period 3 Folding Chairs: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive a pair of folding chairs. The ARV of each Prize is $100. The ARV of all Entry Period 3 Folding Chairs is $1,000.
• Entry Period 4 Cooler: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) cooler. The ARV of each Prize is $100. The ARV of all Entry Period 4 Coolers is $1,000. The ARV of all Weekly Prizes is: $4,000.
