Ways to Volunteer at the Stockton Food Bank

The Emergency Food Bank of Stockton is a lifeline for many in our community facing hunger. Last year alone, the food bank distributed over 6 million meals to families in need.

Critical Support During Difficult Times

When times are tough and you’re struggling to put food on the table, the Emergency Food Bank provides essential groceries and nutritional support. They supply staples like rice, beans, pasta and peanut butter as well as fresh produce, meat and dairy. For many, these provisions make the difference between going hungry and having enough to eat.

Volunteers Power the Mission

The food bank depends on volunteers to help sort, organize and pack food donations. Whether you have a couple of hours a month or a day each week to give, your time and effort will directly help feed families facing food insecurity. Tasks range from unloading trucks and sorting canned goods to assisting with meal packing events. No experience is required, just a desire to serve the community.

Together We Can Solve Hunger

While the food bank provides over 6 million meals each year, the need continues to grow. By donating your time, money or food, you become part of the solution to hunger in our city. Every dollar provides up to 7 meals and every hour volunteered helps get food into the hands of our neighbors who need it most. When we come together, we can accomplish great things. Help the Emergency Food Bank fulfill its mission today. The families of Stockton are depending on us.
