How I Got a FREE Pizza at Safeway Using Rewards Points

One of my favorite ways to save money on groceries is by taking advantage of store rewards programs, and this week the Safeway for U Rewards Program paid off in a delicious way!

While checking my rewards in the Safeway app, I noticed that I had accumulated enough points to redeem for a free Signature Select pizza. Instead of letting those points sit unused, I redeemed 300 points and walked out with a pizza completely free.

Honestly, it felt like finding money in an old coat pocket.
