If you did not know a couple days ago I was in Los Angeles for the Red Carpet ( well the carpet was actually green ) for Million Dollar Arm at the El Capitan ( which is my favorite theatre ever!)

Above is my ticket — the whole event was SO much fun – I have been to a few red carpets but this one was the most playful

There were TONS of food to eat and drinks to enjoy – I had so much fun – the premiere started with the Million Dollar Arm pitching contest — basically if someone was able to pitch over 100 mph they would get a million dollars. The event took place right outside the El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Blvd

Sadly no one went over 100 mph – I think the fastest was over 94 ( which is pretty darn fast )

After the pitching contest we were able to walk the “green carpet” — it was so much fun since it was so laid back we were able to enjoy every minute of it

I decided to wear a fun but simple spring dress for the event ( thanks Craig for taking this picture 🙂

Here is a little sneak peek of what it is like to be on the carpet — LOTS of lights and people

I have seen Million Dollar Arm twice now and loved it! I am not much into sport movies but this one is very different — it really is about the growth of the people within the film rather than winning the big game at the end of the film ( actually there are no actually games in the film ).

BIG NEWS – Million Dollar Arm will be sneaking in theatres this Saturday ( 5/10 ) in over 500 theatres across the US – before it opens for wide release on 5/16

Disclaimer – Disney provided everything for the trip – travel, food and experiences but all the thoughts are my own
