There’s a new attraction that will highlight the best aspects of modern living through technology that seems to nod to the old “House of the Future” that inspired millions throughout the 1960’s. Instead of delighting audiences in southern California, the Best Buy Tech Home will be giving visitors a hands on look at the latest in home technology in the Mall of America.
From August 22nd to September 17th, Mall of America guests will be treated to an interactive homelike environment sponsored by Samsung SmartThings where they will be able to touch and try products from Samsung, Canon, NETGEAR, Philips, Hue, Sony, Sonos, and Savant.

Best Buy carries the latest in connected home technology products. Customers at the Tech Home will have an opportunity to learn about the latest in CE and Connected Home by touring the Tech Home with an expert Blue Shirt, or Geek Squad Agent who is there to inform and help find solutions to individual needs. The Geek Squad Agents will bring the experience to life for customers by getting their new tech up and running.
