While keto shakes will help in replacing meals or supplementing your diet, you just cannot help but crave for something solid at times. Here are a bunch of healthy recipes for keto cakes that will not count as calorie bombs.

KETO CHOCOLATE CAKE

My keto chocolate cake is easy to prepare and will surprise your taste buds with its texture and aroma.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cups coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 230 grams butter
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 85ml stevia sweetener
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 225 grams of cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine the two flours, most of the stevia sweetener, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Beat a teaspoon of vanilla extract, eggs, and half of the melted butter in a different bowl.
  • Combine the two mixtures and add the almost milk for thickness.
  • Pour everything into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix the remaining stevia sweetener, butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then spread it on top of the cake.

KETO TIRAMISU CAKE

  • 200 grams almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 110 grams granulated sweetener
  • 120ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon tartar cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 120 ml coffee
  • 4 egg yolks

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the baking powder, tartar cream, most of the sweetener, salt, and almond flour in a bowl and mix.
  • Beat the eggs, melted butter, a bit of sweetener, vanilla extract, and almond milk together.
  • Mix everything together in a baking dish and bake for up to half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Beat the remaining sweetener and egg yolks, then add the mascarpone.
  • In a different bowl, whisk the heavy cream.
  • Combine the two mixtures and add the brewed coffee.
  • Spread the result over the cake.

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 grams sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the baking powder and almond flour in a bowl.
  • Mix the curd, sweetener, vanilla extract, melted butter, and eggs in a different bowl.
  • Combine the two mixtures and pour the result into a baking pan.
  • Leave it in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 300ml double cream
  • 100 grams yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Melt the chocolate.
  • Whisk the sweeteners and eggs together and combine the mixtures while adding baking soda, tartar cream, baking soda, and flour.
  • Bake the batter for about half an hour at 175 degrees.
  • Beat the yogurt and cream.
  • Freeze it and add it to the brownie.

KETO CARROT CAKE

  • 65 ml sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the flours, most of the sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Mix the eggs, most of the butter, almond milk, and most of the vanilla extract in a different bowl.
  • Get the two mixes together, add the walnuts and carrots and bake everything at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Beat everything else in a large bowl for the frosting and spread it on top of the cake.

No matter which cake you prefer, serve it cool and store it in the fridge.
