Meet Warren: Our New Tabby Kitten

We’ve got a new fur-baby in the house! Meet Warren, our sweet little tabby boy, who seems to be about 3 months old. About two weeks ago, during one of those super hot Portland days, he magically appeared on our deck and just… didn’t leave! After trying (and failing) to find his owner, it became clear that this little guy had chosen us.

Warren is the definition of chill—he purrs constantly and fits right in. And the best part? Watson accepted him almost immediately! I was a bit nervous at first and wasn’t going to keep Warren if Watson got upset. But now, I catch them snoozing next to each other or playfully swatting around. Of course, Watson still gets all his regular attention from me, and he has his own space, but Warren has been the perfect addition.

The kids? They absolutely adore him. He’s so gentle—no biting, no scratching, just pure kitten sweetness. He seems game for whatever chaos they throw his way. Oh, and as for his name? Gwendolyn picked it—Warren. Why? No clue, but it suits him!
