PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (THE “ARV”):

• One thousand five hundred (1,500) First Prizes: A Takis prize pack that will include the following Takis-branded merchandise: one (1) cowbell, one (1) foam hat, one (1) horn, one (1) scarf, one (1) pair of socks, one (1) jersey, one (1) luggage tag, one (1) stress ball. ARV: $102/each.

The total ARV of all prizes is $159,380. No substitution or transfer of a prize permitted, except as permitted by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Sponsor may award a substitute prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value if any prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
