Google Play Children’s Privacy Class Action Settlement
The settlement creates an $8.25 million fund to provide payments to eligible class members. That number will depend on the number of approved claims submitted. Payments will be distributed on a proportional basis.
Is Proof Required?
There’s no specific proof necessarily required, however eligible class members must submit a valid claim form by the claim deadline.
Claims must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, if the class member is under the age of 18 as of May 29, 2026

- Claim Deadline: September 14, 2026
- Exclusion Deadline: August 4, 2026
- Final Approval Hearing: September 24, 2026 at 10:00am PST
