Who Qualifies for the Settlement?

Anyone (consumer or business) who purchased qualifying pork products between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018 in the United States.

How Much Money Can You Get?

This settlement provides a combined $117 million from Clemens, Hormel, Seaboard, Tyson and Triumph.

Eligible class members may receive a cash payment from the settlement funds. The exact amount each person receives will depend on factors including the number of valid claims submitted. (Individual payments have not yet been determined)!

Is Proof Required?

No documentation or proof is required when you initially submit a claim. However, the settlements administrator may request additional information and documentation to support the claim.
