Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Cheese Recipe

You have to love the fact that you mix everything in your baking dish. Prep is only 5 minutes and the dish is done in about 15. My husband who does not like Cauliflower was eating seconds ;)   Gluten- Free

Chives

Juice from one whole lemon

2 garlic cloves ( sliced)

Medium Cauliflower – ( cut into small florets)

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Pinch of salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

What To Do

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F

Place cauliflower in roasting pan. Drizzle oil over the cauliflower, add seasoning, add lemon juice. Mix

Roast for about 15 minutes. Stir at the 7 minute mark.

Once done – sprinkle cheese and chives on top.

Enjoy :)

Perfect way to get your family to eat their veggies
Ingredients
  • Chives

This is the very best cauliflower that I have ever eaten. I just thought I likes it before. Now, I love, love, love it. I really wanted to eat the whole think before the others could get to the table, but I restrained myself. I’m buying two cauliflower nest week.

I’ve never liked cauliflower, but this looked delicious – sure enough, I’m been converted into a cauliflower fan haha. Even my boyfriend (who complains when meals don’t have meat) wolfed this down :)
