What You Need

4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
1.5 Tablepsoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Water
Dash of salt

Dash of vanilla

What To Do

Mix all dry ingredients in a mug.

Mix in wet ingredients.

Cook on high in the microwave for one minute

enjoy! Perfect with some ice cream on top!

Make it gluten – free with gf flour. Egg less.
Ingredients

I just literally made this 5 mins ago and my husband loves it! It’s really great that I can make something small like this quickly and just for him so there’s not leftovers tempting me while I’m on my diet :) Thanks for the recipe!

I made this earlier, and wow! I’d tried making cake in a mug before, but ended up never liking it because the egg just doesn’t cook right in the microwave, but this is perfect! No egg and a warm delicious brownie!

Oh my just made this and it is very rich but so delicious. My 16 month old daughter stole my mug and I found her sitting in her room with chocolate all over her face!! Will be making this again..perfect for my pregnant self!

We have no sweets in the apartment right now and I was really craving something sweet and this really hit the spot. I love how everything it needs is pretty much always found in the pantry :)

I halved the quantities and found it just right- one warm brownie just for me to know about and enjoy (shhh don’t tell anyone!)

I was wondering if i could use Olive Oil and it come out the same? That is really the only kind of oil i like to use…
