1/2 tsp of pepper

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1 Cup of Ricotta ( I made my own ricotta  – recipe HERE)

What To Do

Feel free to add a sauce or butter to this recipe – I was trying to keep it as skinny and low sodium as I could.

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium size bowl mix broccoli, pepper, garlic powder, and ricotta

Fill each shell with ricotta mixture and place in a oven safe casserole dish – I used 8×8 Pyrex dish
