FDA Investigates Multistate Outbreak of Hepatitis A Illnesses Potentially Associated with a Frozen Fruit Blend

Costco is recalling Townsend Farms Organic Anti-Oxidant Blend, a frozen blend containing pomegranate seed, from their stores.

30 cases of Hepatitis A have been reported in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and California so far.
