Crunchy Chicken Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe
I kinda over bought on Thanksgiving those crunchy French’s onions – you know the ones I am talking about – most of us use them on green bean casseroles
I found this Marie recipe and knew I had to try it – her’s was a bit different she used seasoned corn flakes but I decided to do something a little different
My family love it! I had one chicken breast left over the next day and cut it up and place it in a salad – it really added a punch!!! I love the fact that this recipe is only 4 ingredients ( LOVE LOVE LOVE )
I am VERY excited this is the 32 nd from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipes from Marie) )
If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so I am making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday
Today is Crunchy Chicken Recipe
I really hope you check back weekly for another recipe from Marie — pretty please comment ( let’s make this like a little community)
This is everything you will need – I should of bought more onions – you really need about 2 cups for this recipe
I ended up using about 1 pound of chicken breasts – this really is the perfect weekday meal – very easy to make and done in about 45 minutes
If you do make the Crunchy Chicken Recipe please let me know what you think 🙂
Love You Guys!
