Hi girls! So periods can be a pain in the butt – BUT they can even be more annoying when you are traveling. Since I have been traveling so frequently lately I have had to put a Travel Period Pack together and I thought it would be fun to show you what I put in the bag 🙂 Instead of my period being a total drag – this bag prepares me for ANYTHING that is coming my way 🙂 I really hope you like it.
To get everything I needed I went to my local Walgreens ( make sure to check around the makeup counter they have tons of Disney themed makeup bags that are perfect for period survival kits)
You can find U by Kotex Curves® & U by Kotex® Lightdays Liners you can find both in the tampons and panty liners section at Walgreens – I found them pretty quickly
Get $0.75 off liners through the Ibotta Rebate Smartphone App.
Most important are your pads – these are the ones I use – U by Kotex Curves® & U by Kotex® Lightdays Liners
Content ideas to include in your Travel Period Pack
– U by Kotex Curves® & U by Kotex® Lightdays Liners
– Pain Medication ( for cramps)
– Hand Sanitizer ( keep those hands clean)
– Chocolate ( beat those PMS Symptoms)
What other items would you add to your pack?
I always want to make everything as cute as possible so for the pain medication and the hand sanitizer I used washi tape to make it a little “cuter”
Even if you are not a traveler making a period pack is simple way to make your period a lot easier to deal with
