I remember as a child I would go on road trips and there would be no snacks – if there was a snack it was usually a stale bag of chips that would fall all over the floor of the car.
So I thought it would be fun to reuse a clean craft bead box on hand to make the Ultimate Snack Box!
The most important part was getting the snacks – I wanted more than a bag of chips so I went to my local Safeway to stock up!
I have an exciting giveaway that Safeway is having go HERE to check it out

I found everything I needed very quickly at Safeway – I got some Quaker Rice Cakes for me while I got Eric tons of yummy treats like Wheat Thins and Life Saver Gummies. I also bought a box of CapriSun so we can keep hydrated during the drive.
Eric and I decided to go to a beautiful hotel in Washington State. Here is one of the pictures of the place where we went
Now let’s get into how YOU can make your own DIY Snack Box
You will need
– Craft Bead Box – I got mine HERE
– Your Favorite Snacks – make sure they are not too large
Which one of these snacks do you want?
Open each snack bag and place the snacks in the boxes. These boxes are divided so everything will keep separated even on a bouncy road trip. The top locks which is great when you want to put the snack box in your back pack to enjoy on your trip while you are not in the car.
Plus this craft is super easy to do and kids can help!
Hope you have a great road trip! I’d love to hear about your dream travels!
