I learned at a young age that it is very important to make small steps each day to improve your life on a large scale. This mind set works on many levels from waking earlier to making sure I am using the best toothpaste I can. I decided recently to change up my toothpaste – I really wanted one that helps on a daily level I found new Colgate Total® Daily Repair™ toothpaste helps reverse early tooth and gum damage for Better Oral Health, remineralizing weakened enamel and helping to prevent gingivitis. Also it helps fight bad breath and whitens teeth – all wins in my book.
I was so happy that Colgate-Palmolive wanted to work with me on this post to show you 5 ways I do daily repairs each day on bettering myself. I would love to know what YOU do to daily repairs on yourself. I have been using Colgate Total® Daily Repair™ toothpaste on a daily basis for a few weeks now and really can tell the difference – and not just a physical difference but a peace of mind of how I am taking care of my teeth.
I went to my local Walmart to pick up Colgate Total® Daily Repair™ – it was easy to find in the toothpaste aisle.
5 Daily Repairs I Do Everyday
Use Colgate Total® Daily Repair™ – I brush my teeth in the morning and night. By doing this I am helping my gums and teeth – basically rockin’ my overall oral health.
I use my homemade sea salt scrub on my face 🙂 I have the fun and simple recipe for you
How To Make Sea Salt Scrub
2 Cups of Sea Salt
1 Cup of Coconut Oil
2 Drops of Blue Food Dye
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well
Use about a Tablespoon each day
After I use the scrub I use an eye moisturizer and lightly pat the lotion under my eyes. I then use about a dime amount of face moisturizer for my face. I do this morning and nightly after I brush my teeth.
It is really important to drink plenty of water. I push myself to drink up to a gallon a day. I found when I used a water bottle I tended to drink more water and less drinks that contain sugars.
