Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Balsamic Vinagrette 3

This summer is the first time I really went crazy with the garden. It has been a rough road ( well not super rough) but for some reason I did not think a pumpkin plant would grow everywhere and have more than one pumpkin – this plant is currently taking over my garden and after I write this post I am going to have to move my poor basil plant before it is fully taken over by my pumpkin plant. Because I have been producing my own produce ( if you need radishes call me 😉 ) I have been making tons of salads at home so I can use up everything. Right now my tomatoes are coming in so I decided to use it in the salad last night. One of my favorite salad dressing has been my Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Personally I love ranch dressing more but Eric is picky about dressings so he tends to always ask more the Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing.

Balsamic Vinagrette Ingredients

Almost everything that you need is already in your pantry – also it takes under 2 minutes to make. I also love the fact that there are no preservatives ( you can keep this dressing in your fridge for weeks!) I found that this recipe makes enough dressing for at least 4 salads – it really depends on how much dressing you use.
