Ingredients:

1 package white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

¾ cup creamy peanut butter

1 can (8 oz) chow mein noodles

Cadbury Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs (about 48)

 

Directions:

  1. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Microwave the white chocolate chips in a bowl for about 1 ½ minutes and stir until smooth. (If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth).
  3. Add in powdered sugar and peanut butter until fully blended.
  4. Add in chow mein noodles and fold until the noodles are fully coated.
  5. Scoop the mixture into each muffin cavity and assemble as needed to create a nest.
  6. Press down lightly in the center of each nest and place 3 eggs in the center.
  7. Place in the refrigerator to harden for about 20 minutes.
