Ingredients:
1 package white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 can (8 oz) chow mein noodles
Cadbury Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs (about 48)
Directions:
- Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips in a bowl for about 1 ½ minutes and stir until smooth. (If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth).
- Add in powdered sugar and peanut butter until fully blended.
- Add in chow mein noodles and fold until the noodles are fully coated.
- Scoop the mixture into each muffin cavity and assemble as needed to create a nest.
- Press down lightly in the center of each nest and place 3 eggs in the center.
- Place in the refrigerator to harden for about 20 minutes.
