Cookies n Cream Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients:
7 c Rice Krispy Cereal
6 T unsalted butter
6 c mini marshmallows
12 double stuffed Oreos, crushed
15 double stuffed Oreos, to decorate
Directions:
- Spray a 13×9 or similar sized baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large stock pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add in the marshmallows and continue to stir until melted. Do not allow the marshmallows to rest for too long or they will scorch – stir frequently.
- Add in the rice krispy cereal and stir with a long wooden spoon until combined.
- Add in the crushed double stuffed Oreos and mix well.
- Working quickly, pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use the spray to coat your hands and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Decorate with the additional Oreos – placing them evenly over the top of the mixture and pressing down slightly to stick.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour or until firm.
Storage: Store rice krispies in an airtight container for up to one week.
