If you bought certain disposable contact lenses (listed on the settlement site) between June 1, 2013 and December 4, 2018, you may be included in this settlement.
The claim filing deadline is August 22, 2022. If you already submitted a timely and valid Proof of Claim for the ABB, B&L, and/or CVI Settlement(s), you do not need to submit another Proof of Claim. You will automatically be included in the Alcon and JJVCI Settlements. If you did not submit a timely and valid Proof of Claim as part of the ABB, B&L, and/or CVI Settlement(s), you must submit a Proof of Claim in order to share in the Alcon and JJVCI Settlements. Please refer to the Important Dates section of this page for other important deadlines.
