What You Need ( Enough for 2 drinks)
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Cup of Ice
1/2 Cup of Skim Milk
6 oz of nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 Cup to 1.5 Cup of Blueberries ( I personally like it with 1.5 Cups) – You “can” use frozen blueberries
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth
For a grown up version add a shot of rum 🙂
Enjoy – This recipe is naturally gluten – free
