What You Need
1 cucumber
1 roll
4 oz of light cream cheese
1 Tablespoon of thinly sliced basil
salt
pepper
Directions
Toast roll
Mix a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper into the cream cheese
Add basil to the cream cheese
Spread onto toasted roll add a layer of sliced cucumbers
Enjoy
