Butterfinger Fruit Dip do I need to say more?
It is finally getting warmer here in Portland, OR so I thought to dip into some warmer weather recipes ( get it dip …. like what the recipe is about…. enjoy my humor I know I do π )
I love this dip since it is done in 5 minutes and it is gluten free
I am so excited I got to use the plate wear and linen I got from Sur La Table – here is the haul
Butterfingers are gluten – free if you did not already know π I used light cream cheese – like I do whenever I can – I love cream cheese dips for fruit
I love apples with this dip – my FAVORITE are pink lady apples – it has been my favorite since I was a kid ( sweet with a little tartness )
I really suggest you use a hand mixer when you make this recipe – I used my mom’s ( we just picked it up at a Estate Sale for $5!) Do not shy away from cream cheese dips for fruit because they are PURE perfection

2 ways to get the Butterfinger dust for the Butterfinger fruit dip – is to either to crunch it up in a ziploc bag OR throw them into a blend and set it to high ( like I did π )

Fruit Dip Recipe
ButterFinger Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz of light cream cheese
- 2 Butterfingers
- 4 oz of marshmallow fluff
- 4 oz of cool whip
- 2 Apples sliced
Instructions
- In a blender - blend the butterfingers into a powder
- In a bowl place cream cheese and marshmallow fluff - using a handmixer - mix VERY well - fold the cool whip into the mix
- Add about 90% of the butterfinger powder into the mix - mix well
- Sprinkle the Butterfinger mix on top
- Enjoy with apples
