How to Easily Cook Corn
It’s almost summer again and if you are like me, we like to eat more corn on the cob in the summer when it’s fresh! Here is an easy trick to easily cook one or two ears of corn!
Wrap a damp paper towel around each ear of corn. Using a microwave safe plate, cook for about 5 minutes. Then season as normal with butter and/or salt and pepper.
