My family LOVES Fettuccine Alfredo – I make it on a monthly basis ( since it is actually really easy to make) and it is SOOOOOO much better than that stuff that comes in a jar

And this recipe is waist-friendly ๐Ÿ™‚ I really tried to reduce the fat and calories as much as a could without leaving out flavor ๐Ÿ™‚

Also I love the fact that everything is pretty much cooked in one pan ( you will have to cook the pasta in a separate pot — That is what I suggest) but you could try and cook it in the sauce but I have not tried that out yet

I really hope you enjoy the recipe ๐Ÿ™‚

If you are wanting to make this recipe gluten free – just switch out the pasta for gluten free pasta ๐Ÿ™‚

I was able to cut the calories and fat by using – 2% milk instead of heavy whipping cream, light cream cheese instead of full fat cream cheese, and light sour cream instead of full fat sour cream

You do not need all that full fat stuff to make an amazing deal – my parents LOVED this dish ๐Ÿ™‚

This recipe makes enough for a main meal for 4
