I am completely obsessed with this DIY. I am a person who loves a good scrub but I never been happy about the sticker price of the scrubs so I decided to make my own a couple years ago.
The first thing that I learned is that almost everything I needed to make the scrubs was already in the kitchen. Scrubs are great are great exfoliate adding the oil will make your skin super smooth and ready for a great fragrance.
I was recently at Walgreens and I found Beyonce Pulse Gift Set from COTY and picked it up. There are tons of other options to choose form. There are Beyonce, Katy Perry, Vera Wang, Stetson, Nautica fragrances and many more to choose from. What I love is that they are such easy and great gifting options – plus they are all very reasonably priced as well.
Did you know that out of all the sense smell is the most powerful – that is why I love gifting fragrances since the right one really can take you to a different world.
I found the gift set in the front of my local Walgreens store. I picked out Beyonce Pulse Gift Set for my friend Jana ( she loves Beyonce so this is a great pick for her and I know she will love it!)
Here is where I found my Beyonce Pulse Gift Set
This is what you will need for my Salt and Sugar Scrub
I love using salt since it makes the mixture very dry which I find works better on making my skin soft. Do not worry it does not dry out skin ( I have sensitive skin and I never had a problem). The oil will add the moisture back into the skin.
Now that my skin is clean and soft it is ready for Beyonce Pulse Gift Set 🙂
